Following this, the
Skipper will circle the boat 3 times – in honour of the deceased, the
family and life moving on – before returning to port.
Family and friends may take the opportunity to cast a flower or two
onto the water or release doves or balloons from the shore.
Pet Ashes Scattering
Australian Sea Memorials is not only here to help you farewell those
people most dear to you; we also provide an unattended scattering
service for your beloved pets.
As with our unattended Ashes scatterings for people, the Skipper and
crew will conduct pet Ashes’ scatterings in the most respectful
manner. The GPS coordinates of the scattering site will be provided to
you along with a special memorial certificate.
